Safari in Okavango Delta

Day 1: Maun

Your safari adventure begins in Maun, Botswana’s gateway to the Okavango Delta. Upon arrival at Maun Airport, we’ll transfer you to your accommodation, where you can relax and prepare for the exciting days ahead. Transfer time is about 30 minutes. Spend the night at Maun Lodge, your comfortable base to start your journey.

Day 2: Moremi Game Reserve

Today, explore the wonders of Moremi Game Reserve, a stunning blend of dry land and water within the Okavango Delta. Enjoy a thrilling game drive through the reserve, where diverse wildlife roams freely in this unique ecosystem. After a day of exciting wildlife encounters, return to Maun Lodge for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Okavango Delta

Today, immerse yourself in the unique beauty of the Okavango Delta, one of Southern Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Glide through its tranquil waterways on a mokoro (dugout canoe), exploring the lush landscape and abundant wildlife from a completely different perspective. After an unforgettable day, return to Maun Lodge for a peaceful night.

Day 4: Gweta

Today, make your way to Gweta, a small yet fascinating town that serves as a gateway to Makgadikgadi Pans and Nxai Pan National Parks. Begin with an aerial flight over the Okavango Delta for breathtaking views. Then, enjoy a scenic road transfer (2-3 hours) to Planet Baobab, where you’ll experience a unique Baobab Bush Walk in the afternoon. Spend the night at Planet Baobab, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the African landscape.

Day 5: Elephant Sands Game Reserve

Today, head to Elephant Sands Game Reserve, a prime location for witnessing the majestic elephants of Southern Africa as they gather around the waterhole. Enjoy a Ntwetwe Pan Expedition, where you’ll have a picnic breakfast and a visit to see the playful meerkats of the area. After the adventure, transfer (2-3 hours) to Elephant Sands Lodge, where you’ll spend the night immersed in the beauty of this elephant-rich reserve.

Day 6 - 7: Chobe National Park

Known as the "Land of the Giants," Chobe National Park is a must-visit for wildlife lovers. After a 2-3 hour road transfer from Elephant Sands Game Reserve, check in to Chobe Safari Lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch.

On day 7, wake up early for an exciting game drive through Chobe, where you'll see elephants, lions, and more in their natural habitat. After lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge, head out for an afternoon game drive, continuing your exploration of this incredible park. Spend both nights at Chobe Safari Lodge, the perfect base for your safari adventures.

Day 8: Victoria Falls

Today, experience the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls, one of Africa’s most iconic sights. After an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park, where you'll witness wildlife at its most active, transfer (90 minutes) from Chobe Safari Lodge to Nkosi Guest Lodge in Victoria Falls.

In the afternoon, enjoy a fascinating Monde village tour to learn about local life, followed by a relaxing Zambezi Sunset boat cruise to take in the stunning views. Spend the night at Nkosi Guest Lodge, your comfortable base for exploring this natural wonder.

Day 9: Victoria Falls

Return to the majestic Victoria Falls and experience its beauty anew. Start your day with an early game drive, where the wildlife is most active and the landscape is at its best. Then, take a thrilling scenic helicopter flight over the Falls for breathtaking aerial views.

Afterward, enjoy a guided tour of the Falls on the Zimbabwe side, followed by lunch at the Lookout Café or Three Monkeys Restaurant. In the evening, indulge in a vibrant Boma dinner & drumming show, celebrating the spirit of Africa. Spend the night at Nkosi Guest Lodge, a perfect retreat after an unforgettable day.

Day 10 - 11: Hwange National Park

Today, explore the incredible Hwange National Park, located in western Zimbabwe near the Botswana border. After a short road transfer (about 1 hour) from Nkosi Guest Lodge, arrive at Robins Camp, your base for the next two days. Enjoy lunch at Robins Camp before heading out for an exciting afternoon game drive in the park.

On day 11, wake up early for another thrilling game drive, where you’ll see wildlife at its most active. In the afternoon, embark on another game drive to further explore Hwange's stunning landscapes. Return to Robins Camp for the night.

Day 12: Hwange National Park

Spend your final morning soaking in the beauty of Hwange National Park. This park truly reveals its magic the longer you explore its vast landscapes. After an unforgettable safari experience, we will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey. Transfer time is about 1 hour.
