A Taste Of What To Expect..

12 days mobile safari: 1 night maun camp on arrival, 3 nights Okavango delta (daunara mokoro and walking safari), 2 nights xakanaxa (moremi), 1 night khwai (moremi), 2 nights savuti, 2 nights chobe national park.

Arrival in Maun and accommodation in guest house. Guests will meet their guide and be briefed about the trip.

Day 1: 06h00-08h30 transfer to Daunara and on arrival confirmation of payment is made. Guests are handed over to local guides( polers). Guests will take their first activity in the channel of Okavango delta till 12h00. 12h30-15h00 lunch and rest in the campsite. 15h00-18h00 afternoon mokoro activity. 19h30 dinner followed by campfire.

Day 2: 05h30-06h00. Wake up call with the native language “ kokoo” meaning knock knock. Find water in the face wash basin and proceed to take breakfast. 06h00-11h30 mokoro activity in the Okavango delta.
12h30-15h00 lunch and rest in the camp. 15h00-18h00 afternoon guests activity to learn how to paddle the canoe. Polers will become guests and guests will become polers in the delta.
19h30 dinner at campsite followed by camp fire spiced with folklores.

Day 3: 05h30-06h00: wake up call with the native language “ kokoo” meaning knock knock. Find warm water in the face wash basin and proceed to take breakfast. 06h00-11h30 walking safari activity conducted by the local guides. They are ones familiar with their territory. 12h30- 15h00 lunch and rest in the camp. 15h00-18h00 afternoon walking safari with the local guides. 19h30 dinner followed by campfire.

Day 4: 06h00-07h30 wake up call, guests exit the tents with their luggage fully prepared for loading. They will find warm water in the face wash basin and take breakfast. Guests will be transferred to the boat station where the vehicle will be waiting to take them on the journey to xakanaxa moremi. 08h00 -17h30 drive to xakanaxa with packed lunch on the way. There will be game drive all the way till arrival at the camping site in xakanaxa. On arrival guests will be welcomed by camping staff who will then introduce them to their new home in the wilderness. 19h30: dinner in the camp followed by camping fire.

Day 5 : 05h30 – 06h00 guests are waken with a native language “ kokoo” meaning knock knock and a morning greeting “dumelang” meaning good morning. On waking up guests will find warm water in the face wash basin to wash faces and go for breakfast. After breakfast guest with their guide will leave for morning game drive from 06h00- 11h30 around xakanaxa. 12h30 lunch will be served and after lunch guests can request for shower or just before afternoon game-drive they can request for shower. The policy of the park is no one is allowed to bath at night in the campsite. 15h00-18h00 this will be afternoon game drive. For every afternoon game-drive guest have cold drinks and water with them in the fridge. 1800 end of afternoon game drive. 19h30 time for dinner and camp fire.

Day 6 : 06h00- 07h00 guests are are woken with a native language “ kokoo “ meaning knock knock and greeted “Dumelang “ Meaning “goodmorning”. They prepare their luggage and exit the tents with their luggage. They will find warm water in the face wash basin to wash their faces. They will then get to breakfast. After breakfast they embark on their game drive vehicle and take a short drive in moremi xakanaxa and proceed to Khwai moremi doing game drive until arrival at the campsite at 17h30. Guests will be having packed lunch and prepared tea and drinks in refrigerator on their way to Khwai moremi. Like usual guest will arrive at the campsite by 17h30 so that they can be shown around their camping site. 19h30 this time chef will call for dinner and explain the tricks of his cuisine and after dinner guests together with camping stall would gather around camping fire and interact sharing their stories.

Day 7 : 06h00- 07h30 guests are woken with a native language “kokoo” meaning Knock knock and a morning greeting “ dumelang” meaning good morning. On waking up guests would come out of the tents with luggage fully packed and ready. They will find warm water in face wash basin. After this clients would take breakfast. With packed lunch guests will do short game drive and exit Khwai moremi and drive to savuti. On arrival in savuti guests with their guide will continue with game and only arrive at the camping site at 17h30. This is to make sure guests can be able to explore their new home in savuti. Dinner will be called on at 19h30 of which the chef as normal would give a briefing about his cuisine. After dinner guests can then congregate around the camp fire and share folk tales with full company of the camp. The guide will give an account of the following day movement in savuti. Savuti is known for its giant elephants and lions and not forgetting the leopard hill where this hill got its name by the leopard resident on the hill.

Day 8: 05h30 – 06h00 guests are waken with a native language “ kokoo” meaning knock knock and a morning greeting “dumelang” meaning good morning. On waking up guests will find warm water in the face wash basin to wash faces and go for breakfast. After breakfast guest with their guide will leave for morning game drive from 06h00- 11h30 around savuti not forgetting the leopard hill. 12h30 lunch will be served and after lunch guests can request for shower or just before afternoon game-drive they can request for shower. The policy of the park is no one is allowed to bath at night in the campsite.15h00-18h00 this will be afternoon game drive. For every afternoon game-drive guest have cold drinks and water with them in the fridge. 18h00 end of afternoon game drive. 19h30 time for dinner and camp fire.

Day 9: 06h00- 07h30 guests are waken with a native language “kokoo” meaning Knock knock and a morning greeting “ dumelang” meaning good morning. On waking up guests would come out of the tents with luggage fully packed and ready. They will find warm water in face wash basin. After this clients would take breakfast and take a short game drive in savuti. With packed lunch guests will do short game drive and exit Savuti and drive to kachikau. On arrival in kachikau guests with their guide will continue with game drive and only arrive at the camping site at 17h30. This is to make sure guests can be able to explore their new home in kachikau( the camp). Dinner will be called on at 19h30 of which the chef as normal would give a briefing about his cuisine. After dinner guests can then congregate around the camp fire and share folk tales with full company of the camp. The guide will give an account of the following day movement to chobe national park. Chobe national park hosts a largest elephant population in the whole world.

Day 10: 05h00 – 05h30 guests are waken with a native language “ kokoo” meaning knock knock and a morning greeting “dumelang” meaning good morning. On waking up guests will find warm water in the face wash basin to wash faces and go for breakfast. After breakfast guest with their guide will leave for morning game drive at 05h30-14h00 with packed lunch 14h00 - 17h30 arrival in kachikau village for cultural tour to meet with local people. There w Guests will return to camp. 19h30 time for dinner and camp fire.

Day 11 : 07h00- 08h00 guests are are waken with a native language “ kokoo “ meaning knock knock and greeted “Dumelang “ Meaning “good morning”. They prepare their luggage and exit the tents with their luggage. They will find warm water in the face wash basin to wash their faces. They will then get to breakfast. 08h00-10h00 After breakfast they embark on their game drive vehicle and drive to kasane to take a boatcruise in chobe river. 10h00 -13h30 Boat cruise in chobe river. 13h30- 15h00 lunch at a designated restaurant. 15h00 - transfer to Victoria falls and accommodation in Victoria falls.

Day 12: visit the falls ( guided tours). ( fly out from vic falls airport)
