A legal disclaimer

By making a reservation with Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including payment and cancellation policies. Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to bookings caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or health emergencies. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected events or losses.

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that all personal information, documentation, and travel arrangements are accurate and up to date.

Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. For disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions, the laws of Zimbabwe will apply, and any legal proceedings will take place in Zimbabwe.

Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS

1. FIT Reservations:

  • Outside 90 Days Prior to Travel:
    Reservations will be provisionally held for 14 days unless confirmation is requested and a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid.

  • Inside 60 Days Prior to Arrival:
    Reservations will be provisionally held for 7 days unless confirmation is requested and a 20% non-refundable deposit is paid.

  • Inside 30 Days Prior to Arrival:
    Reservations will be provisionally held for 3 days (72 hours) unless confirmation is requested and full payment is made.

  • Reservations not confirmed or paid within the specified timelines will be automatically released.

  • All reservations must be prepaid 30 days prior to travel commencement.

2. Provisional Bookings:

Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days, after which they will be released unless a 20% non-refundable deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations are only valid upon receipt of written notification.

  • The cancellation policy applies once the reservation status is confirmed after the payment of a 20% non-refundable deposit.

  • Charges for cancellations are as follows:

    • 60–31 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the contracted rate.

    • 30–0 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the contracted rate.

  • All cancellations and confirmations must be submitted in writing by all involved parties.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • To secure a booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Full payment must be received 30 days prior to travel. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

GROUP BOOKINGS (6 or More Guests)

  • Booking Requirements:

    • Final guest numbers are required 90 days prior to travel.

    • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.

    • Final rooming lists and full payment must be provided 45 days prior to arrival.

  • Provisional Bookings:

    • Held for a maximum of 14 days, after which they will be released unless a 20% non-refundable deposit is received.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations are only valid upon receipt of written notification.

    • Charges for cancellations are as follows:

      • 60–31 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of the contracted rate.

      • 30–0 Days Prior to Arrival: 100% of the contracted rate.

    • Cancellations and confirmations must be submitted in writing by all involved parties.

  • Payment Terms:

    • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

    • Full payment or the outstanding balance must be received 60 days prior to travel. Failure to pay will result in cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.

By confirming a booking, all guests and groups agree to these Terms & Conditions.
